2. Description of Utilities & Client-Side Execution
ToolVexa provides browser-based tools including shipping label cropping, A4 sheet PDF formatting, product image variant generation, and financial calculators. You acknowledge that all tools execute locally in your web browser where applicable and rely on client-side rendering engine capabilities.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer & Editable Inputs
Marketplace commission rates, shipping costs, GST policies, and return risks are subject to frequent changes by third-party marketplace operators (such as Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, or courier partners). All calculator output metrics are estimates provided for planning purposes only. Users are responsible for verifying actual charges on their respective seller portals.
4. No Guarantee of Earnings or Profit
ToolVexa makes no express or implied guarantees regarding seller earnings, profit margins, sales volume, or business success resulting from the use of our tools.
5. User Responsibility & Label Verification
Sellers are solely responsible for inspecting final cropped PDF shipping labels prior to printing and dispatch to ensure that tracking numbers, barcodes, QR codes, and buyer shipping addresses are completely clear, legible, and unclipped.
6. Trademark & Marketplace Non-Affiliation
ToolVexa is an independent web application. ToolVexa is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Shopify, or any marketplace platform.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ToolVexa for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer underlying scripts, or introduce malicious payloads.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ToolVexa or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, shipping errors, or misprinted labels.
